To many people in many cultures, music is an important part of their way of life. Ancient Greek and Indian philosophers defined music as tones ordered horizontally as melodies and vertically as harmonies. Common sayings such as "the harmony of the spheres" and "it is music to my ears" point to the notion that music is often ordered and pleasant to listen to.

 

• How was “music” born? Which could be considered the first song of History. Explain where the word comes from.

If you ask me, I say Music was born with “Johann Sebastian Bach” in 1685, this master of music teach to the rest of the world and subsequently “Mozart” and “Beethoven”.
For me the music was born there.

But the first song of History was found in Mesopotamia, this song was called Nikkal, goddes of orchard. This song was created 3400 years ago.

  

• From there, music has evolved in different ways. Name the kinds of music that you can find and describe them briefly.

Pop

The most common is the Comercial Music(Pop). This music is created by one “artist” for the masses and public places. Music made to make money. Here sing a beauty singer with computer sounds.
 These songs talk about love or happy times.

Rock

The next one is the Rock Music. In rock music is played by a band, a group of people.
In rock the instruments like guitars, drums, keyboards and bass prevail.

Classical

The classical music who all people knows, the “real” music in my opinion is an instrumental music which predominates the strings instruments.

Rap

Rap music was created for the black people in USA in social protest. The songs are about a lot of words sung quickly. And in these songs are too rhymes.

Heavy Metal

Heavy Metal music which predominates expert guitar players with distorsion sounds, drums with double pedal and singers with very beautiful skills and power to sing. The balads of this style are the best balads in the world.

Electronic Music

Music made with computer software and random sounds in a rhythm equal annytime.

Reggaeton

Shit for sale and very popular in clubs. Same rhythm in ALL songs and erotic and empty lyrics. Nothing more about this “style”.

• What are the benefits of music? When, according to experts, should you listen to music?

In my opinion, the music is one of the most important things in the world. Her powers are fantastic. Depend of music, relaxing, calm the pain, motivate, delete stress, and activate the person. And there is all studied by medics.

• Where can you listen to music? Comment on the places where music is banned.

In any place but if you go to school or a place where someone listens, is not recommended. And in a public places of study as libraries.

 

• What is SGAE and how do they control the use of music? What is ‘The Operation Saga’?

Sociedad General de Autores y Editores (SGAE) regulates who not show music in public places without paying for that music.

The Operation Saga starts in 2011, despicable spanish people feed greed with money for fines by this cooperation (SGAE) and they put this money in private business.

• How can you download music from the internet and how is it legislated by law ?

You can download music if you DON'T pay for her. This is called “share” and is legal yet.

• What kind of devices do we have nowadays to listen to music? What is the most commonly used?

The most commonly used is the MP3, and phone. Music only for you in your devices, small and portables.
